Ximenes stressed that the situation would deteriorate when UNMISET ends mission next year. According to him, the government has been "slow" in tackling unemployment in Timor-Leste, adding that many conflicts are derived from the high number of unemployed people. A member of a martial arts group has been detained and remains in custody by PNTL. (STL) Atabae Investigation Process Stopped The Prosecutor General, Longuinhos Monteiro said on Thursday, that the investigation on Atabae incident last February has been stopped for the second consecutive time by the Indonesian Investigator. Longuinhos explained that the investigation has been stopped twice because the parties involved in the case could not reach an agreement on the working plan. He said the Indonesia police did not accept the proposed working timetable.
