Attention Working Assets Members

East Timorese Speaker to Tour
the U.S. This Fall

ETAN will bring an activist from East Timor for a fall tour of the United States. Although as we go to press it is uncertain who that speaker will be, she will address development issues in East Timor, give a first-hand perspective on the year-old United Nations administration, and discuss how solidarity activists can best support East Timor’s transition to genuine independence. Tentative tour dates are October 25 - November 21. If you want more information about the tour as it becomes available, or are interested in organizing an event, please contact at kristin@etan.org.
